Description
1. Product Introduction
The GTYQ-GDC600 is a high-performance stand-alone combustible gas detector that effectively detects leaks of various combustible gases, including natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas. This detector boasts high accuracy and fast response. When the concentration of combustible gas in the environment reaches the preset alarm value (adjustable), the device immediately triggers a high-frequency audible alarm of over 75dB, accompanied by a prominent red LED light alarm, providing dual audible and visual warnings to ensure timely detection of potential hazards. The product uses a 220V independent power supply and can operate independently without connecting to a gas alarm controller. Its simple and flexible installation makes it an ideal safety device for preventing fires and explosions.
2. Features
1. The sensor unit has built-in temperature compensation and calibration coefficients, featuring high accuracy and good linearity.
2. Independent 220V power supply.
3. Data is uploaded to the cloud, allowing remote viewing of data and alarm status (optional).
4. On-site gas valve can be controlled via Bluetooth (optional) and relays, avoiding human interference.
5. Built-in audible and visual alarm, with a sound level of up to 75dB.
6. Equipped with an LED digital display screen showing the measured gas concentration value.
7. Pluggable sensor.
8. Built-in calibration, current calibration, zeroing, and automatic compensation programs.

4. Installation Method
When installing the detector, the gas sensor should face downwards to prevent dust or rainwater from accumulating on or entering the sensor. The detector’s installation position should generally be recorded. Adjust the mounting bracket to fix the detector to a wall or a horizontal or vertical post with a diameter of 50mm–80mm.
The steps for installing the detector on the mounting bracket are as follows:
1. Loosen the screws on the mounting bracket;
2. Align the mounting holes of the detector with the mounting holes on the mounting bracket;
3. Tighten the mounting screws.
(The steps for disassembling the bracket are the reverse of the above.)
